My long time friend and performer Kyle Martin returned to Elephonic Recording Studios in Albuquerque in March to record three brand new songs from his solo acoustic album Circadian Rhythm. This was a stripped down performance Kyle wanted to record of some songs that had come to him in a dream. I was the only other person in the studio that night, running both the mix board and the camera, and it was one of those rare nights where everything happens in pretty much one take. When I came back to the studio the next day to listen to the mix I realized how lucky I was to have been there for Kyles performance, and I was very glad we captured it on camera. Here is the first release from that night, recorded in the live room at Elephonic Studios. Hope you enjoy!

Kyle Martin returned to Elephonic Recording Studios in 2019 to record his brand new album “Raunchytonk”. The album was engineered and co-produced by Jesse Korman. The album production was spaced out over several months and involved a host of guest musicians including fiddler Emily Anslover and Jamie Harrison on Keys. The album marks a departure from Martin’s earlier West-Rock style and delves deep into his country, folk and Americana roots. It’s worth a listen!
